Pretending its summer!!

Since I'm home today and my car is at the dealership getting repaired, I was kinda stuck with nothing to do. I decided to make this yummy desert I found in the Better Homes magazine. I think it is a perfect dessert for the summer, but wanted to get a head start, and since its raining here in New England, I thought it would be nice to pretend. It was fairly easy and if or when I make it again I'm going to have K help me, its easy for kids to make, mix spread and bake. After it comes out of the oven you spread the jam on it and spread the strawberries over it. K and the Mr. LOVED and K is a picky eater. She said it tasted like PB and Jelly, I thought it was better.
